Understanding the diverse needs of our participants, we offer support in person, via phone call and text messaging, and through Zoom. This ensures you can access help whenever and wherever you need it.

Tailored Recovery Management Plans: 

Employing evidence-based strategies, our PSWs develop personalized plans addressing the four critical life domains as identified by SAMHSA: health, home, purpose, and community. These plans are designed to help you set and achieve personal goals, fostering a holistic approach to recovery.

Comprehensive Resource Connection: 

Our PSWs will connect you to essential community resources, including job training and placement services, medication-assisted treatment, recovery support groups, housing assistance, transportation, and food resources.
